Fondly known as “Queen B,” Dr. Henry-Ajudua is widely celebrated as a distinguished healthcare professional, accomplished business executive, philanthropist, mentor, and proud ambassador of Anioma cultural heritage. Her life reflects an enduring commitment to excellence, compassion, leadership, and the empowerment of others.
Born into the respected family of the late Chief Peter Onwuka and Chief Mrs. Elizabeth Njideaka of Umuekea, Igbuzo Kingdom in Delta State, Dr. Vivian has remained deeply connected to her roots despite building a successful international career.
 Her dedication to preserving the culture, values, and identity of the Anioma people has earned her admiration both at home and in the diaspora.
She is married to Obi (Dr.) Henry Chukwuma Ajudua, Obi Ezeudo of Igbuzo, and together they have built a family founded on faith, integrity, discipline, and service. Their union has been blessed with six accomplished children and nine grandchildren.
Among their children is Dr. Freddie Chukwuyem Henry-Ajudua, an internationally celebrated rugby star whose achievements have brought honour to the family and pride to the Igbuzo community.
Dr. Vivian’s educational journey is equally inspiring. She attended Our Lady of Apostles Private School, Yaba, Lagos, and Baptist Girls High School, Agbor, before graduating with honours in Computer Science from the University of Lagos.
Driven by a passion for healthcare and human development, she furthered her education in the United States, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from North Carolina Central University, a Master of Science in Nursing/Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Carolina, Columbia, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
Before transitioning into healthcare and international business leadership, Dr. Vivian enjoyed a distinguished 19-year career with First Bank Plc, where her professionalism, dedication, and leadership earned her widespread recognition and opportunities for advanced executive training.
Today, she serves as the Managing Director of Vebron International, providing visionary leadership and driving innovation and business growth across multiple sectors.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dr. Henry-Ajudua is renowned for her humanitarian work. Through various charitable initiatives, she has championed healthcare services, educational support, youth empowerment, women’s development, and community welfare, positively impacting countless lives.
